If bad habits are talking there're a lot and must of that
compromise your physical and mental health, most of these habits have appeared
during this quarantine, because we have not been able to leave our home during
this period.
To begin, our health has been compromised, because most of
us feel good doing nothing in our house, sleeping all day eating a lot of junk
food with the excuse that 'we have nothing to do', but what we should do is eat
healthier and try new activities that positively involve our mental development
Then, there is the lack of communication this will make our
environment become Isolated, our mental health will not be good, we can have
depression, anxiety and get bad thoughts, we can avoid it in one way and that
is talking to the people we love.
Concluding, this is a new challenge that leads us to develop
a mental balance, because from there our emotions start, which will make us
progress to a better lifestyle in future days.
