Bad Habits



If bad habits are talking there're a lot and must of that compromise your physical and mental health, most of these habits have appeared during this quarantine, because we have not been able to leave our home during this period.

To begin, our health has been compromised, because most of us feel good doing nothing in our house, sleeping all day eating a lot of junk food with the excuse that 'we have nothing to do', but what we should do is eat healthier and try new activities that positively involve our mental development

Then, there is the lack of communication this will make our environment become Isolated, our mental health will not be good, we can have depression, anxiety and get bad thoughts, we can avoid it in one way and that is talking to the people we love.

Concluding, this is a new challenge that leads us to develop a mental balance, because from there our emotions start, which will make us progress to a better lifestyle in future days.

Health is one of the most important topics in the world. All the countries care about the health of their people. Presidents do things to improve people’s habits in health, food, exercise, education, and social relationships. Is important have a good health because this helps to have a good development and growth.

At first, I think the good health needs exercise, good habits and Good food. Later, the specialist mention is very important you have good relationships because you need to have healthy emotions.

Then, I saw in the internet, TV or Listened in the radio, is very important do exercise all days, because our buddy needs thirty minutes of exercise. For example, walk a few minutes, run in the morning or go to the gym. Also, the dream mis very important, the specialist say we need sleep eight hour every day. This is important for the attitudes and the behaviour.

In the end, I conclude for the good health we need make exercise every day, also need to eat healthy food and have Good relationships. Because this is very important for, we and this helps to not have diseases and have a full life.
