Health is one of
the most important topics in the world. All the countries care about the health
of their people. Presidents do things to improve people’s habits in health, food,
exercise, education, and social relationships. Is important have a good health because
this helps to have a good development and growth.
At first, I
think the good health needs exercise, good habits and Good food. Later, the specialist
mention is very important you have good relationships because you need to have
healthy emotions.
Then, I saw in
the internet, TV or Listened in the radio, is very important do exercise all
days, because our buddy needs thirty minutes of exercise. For example, walk a
few minutes, run in the morning or go to the gym. Also, the dream mis very
important, the specialist say we need sleep eight hour every day. This is
important for the attitudes and the behaviour.
In the end, I conclude
for the good health we need make exercise every day, also need to eat healthy
food and have Good relationships. Because this is very important for, we and
this helps to not have diseases and have a full life.
